Login, Password Reset, and Email Verification
Recover access to teacher and parent accounts and confirm email verification works.
Teacher and parent login
- Use your email address and password on the main login page.
- If MFA is enabled, you will also need the current 6-digit authenticator code.
Children login differently
- Children sign in with a username and PIN.
- Their display name is not the same as the login username.
Verification and reset
- Use the verification link from your email to confirm a new account.
- Use Forgot Password if you cannot access a teacher or parent account.
