Teacher Security and MFA
Protect staff accounts with authenticator-based multi-factor authentication.
Enable MFA
- Go to Teacher Admin, then Security.
- Choose Generate setup key and scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- If scanning is not possible, use the manual key or setup URI shown below the QR code.
Confirm setup
- Enter the first 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
- Once enabled, future logins require your password and the authenticator code.
Disable MFA
- Only disable MFA when replacing a device or with support approval.
- You must enter a current authenticator code to turn MFA off.
