Parent Dashboard and Child Profiles
Use the parent dashboard to manage children, review progress, track planning, and keep a calm learning record.
Managing children
- Use Add Child to create a learner profile and choose the login username separately from the child name.
- Edit a child profile to update age, reading age, maths age, interests, support profile, pathway, reading preferences, and voice settings.
- The child name appears across the platform, while the username is used only for login.
Monitoring progress
- Open a child report to review reading, spelling, and wider curriculum progress.
- The parent dashboard now highlights monthly planner completion, subject coverage, project outcomes, and saved evidence alongside each learner.
- Open Home Education Learning Record when you want to keep simple examples of learning, project milestones, parent notes, and monthly summaries in one place.
- Evidence packs and certificates are available as downloadable PDFs when generated.
- Monthly digests summarise activity and progress over time.
Troubleshooting
- If a child cannot log in, double-check the username and PIN rather than the display name.
- Use password reset or email verification from the sign-in pages when account access is blocked.
